Press release New uniforms of 4 schools incorporating school uniform brand「O.C.S.D.」!
The school uniform brand「O.C.S.D.」(full title: OSARECOMPANY SCHOOL DESIGN) established through collaboration between OSARECOMPANY Inc. (Chiyoda-ku Tokyo, CEO Kazuki Uchimura, referred to as “OSARECOMPANY” below) and Akashi School Uniform Company Ltd. (Kurashiki-shi Okayama, CEO Hidefumi Kawai, referred to as “AKASHI S.U.C.” below), will be introducing the second round for new incoming students of the 2018 school year.

The new uniforms for new incoming students of the 2018 school year for the 4 schools below are now complete.

Nagasaki Prefectural Matsuura High School (Nagasaki Prefecture)
Matsuura city, known as “city of blue” for its rich marine industry, is expressed through the refreshing and invigorating blue and green blazer style.
The buttons with newly designed symbol mark and gray trimming are intricate accents.
The skirt is an original plaid pattern with「Matsuura Blue」.
The slacks are arranged with colors toned down so that the blazer stands out with good balance between the girls’ and boys’ uniforms.
Kurume Shin-Ai Gakuin Kurume Shin-Ai Junior and Senior High School (Fukuoka Prefecture)
For the Kurume Shin-Ai Gakuin which will become a co-ed school from April 2019, we have created a bright navy blazer style to give both boys and girls a flamboyant look. The back ribbon of the girls’ jacket and the hem-line of the skirt adds classiness and cuteness. We have paired the tie and ribbon with a fresh blue plaid pattern.
Okayama Prefectural Soja Senior High School (Okayama Prefecture)
After 100 years since becoming the soja of Bicchuu Soja Shrine, we added an original Soja High School accent to the style loved by the local people for years.
The new symbol is the light gray jacket.
A blue mauve color taken from the wisteria flower which is the motif of the school crest is used as an accent color.
The tie and ribbon has a blue mauve color plaid pattern as its base with sparkly white lines to represent the Takahara River.
Jikei Gakuen High School Mimasaka Campus (Okayama Prefecture)
We have created a blazer style based on white piping and navy base to fit this newly established school in Mimasaka city.
The school crest sewed in the heart area represents hope for the future.
We have coordinated the lovely plaid skirt and plain plaid slacks with red ribbons and ties which represents the「Ume」tree which is the official tree of Mimasaka city.
From Soja Senior High School celebrating its 100th anniversary to Jikei Gakuen High School (under application) celebrating its new establishment, original school uniforms representing each of its characteristics, history, nature, and environment in its designs were created.

HKT48 Nako Yabuki（Wore uniform of Nagasaki Prefectural Matsuura High School）
The colors are coordinated well and this is a uniform that both girls and boys will think is cute. I personally like the ribbon with lots of colors used, which is very unusual and cute. The jacket with different patterns of gray is very chic and completes the sleek look.
SKE48 Yuna Obata（Wore uniform of Okayama Prefectural Soja Senior High School）
Although very simple, the design is highly fashionable. Some costumes of the AKB48 Group are in uniform-style, and as this uniform is almost like a costume, I feel strong inticimacy wearing it. I think this is a cute uniform that will not become weary even when wearing it every day.
AKB48 Kurena Cho（Wore uniform of Jikei Gakuen High School）
I think this is a uniform that is very girly from the bottom to the very top. The plaid pattern of the skirt uses light blue, pink, and blue which gives a fresh impression, and the red ribbon with different shades of red is very cute. I think the school crest sewed in the heart area is also a good accent.

「O.C.S.D.」is an abbreviation for OSARECOMPANY SCHOOL DESIGN where Osarecompany, which handles costume production, styling, and hair&makeup of the AKB48 Group collaborates with AKASHI S.U.C., which is a major school uniform company entering its 152th year in 2017, to create a motto of「School is the brand, students are the main role」with the concept of「Cute&Cool from 360 degrees」.
